I went shopping today. I found out my jean size is a 14. So what? Everyone thinks they have to be a size 0 or 1 to be considered beautiful. Well, i’m sorry but people come in ever shape, size and color and theyre all fucking beautiful. Beautiful doesn’t need the word skinny. You look at a person and think, “why cant i be skinny like them?” but you know something? She could be looking right at you and thinking, “why cant i be curvy like them?” Embrace your body, its amazing. Love every curve, and inch of it. Aim for healthy, not thin. Everybody’s healthy weight is different. Instead of trying to starve yourself or purging, eat healthy foods, go swimming, running, walking, ride a bike, go kayacking, do something fun. Smile. Be proud of your body. I’m still learning to love mine, eat healthier and exercise, its not easy but it’ll be worth it.
